University of Montana Student Housing

This project is actually two large decks. One exterior roof deck with great views of Mount Sentinel and the University of Montana Campus, the other is an exposed 3 floor, 10,000 square foot courtyard which features resident amenities like grills, planters, and other outdoor activities.

Our Structural Ipe tiles were used for the former and gives the space a rustic feel while enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The courtyard features our ‘Bluestone’ porcelain pavers throughout supported by 8-10 inch high Eterno ‘NM’ pedestal supports.
