StreetDeck AccessoriesPlanters, panels, railing and benches for Archatrak StreetDeck
A range of add-on components including planters, benches, panels and bicycle racks are available, all designed to specifically complement our modular StreetDeck, but offering considerable scope for customization.
Mixy planters feature two end panels of powder coated steel and two side panels of either 3/4″ thick porcelain tiles or Ipe wood slats. The slide-in 24″ x 24″ porcelain panels are the same tiles as supplied for the deck surface of our StreetDeck modular decks, so are available in the same choice of 30+ colors to perfectly match the deck floor if required. The frames and end panels of the planters are supplied in either grey or dark brown powder coated galvanized steel or aluminum. The end panels can be laser cut with custom designs or alternatively other personalized panels can be bolted to the outer face of these panels.
Mounting brackets on the base of the planters attach the planters securely to the deck perimeter mounting brackets, ensuring they cannot move but enable the planters to be easily removed and replaced as required.
Mixy planters are supplied as a flat pack which can be assembled on site. This can be a significant benefit where modular decks must be removed over the Winter period.
Mixy 30 planters are 24″(W) x 12″(D) x 24″(H) . The porcelain side model can be extended in increments of 24″ simply by adding an additional two porcelain pavers and an extension kit which comprises an additional base component and top brackets. With the Ipe wood planters, a 48″ wide planter option is available where the 24″ long slats are replaced with 48″ slats.
Mixy 30 porcelain side planters with two x 24″ extension kits can be an ideal solution for creating a solid, impact absorbing barrier for the 6′ ends of a typical 6′ x 20′ or 6′ x 40′ modular deck.
Mixy 40 planters are 24″(W) x 16″(D) x 24″(H) and the porcelain side model can also be extended in increments of 24″ by adding an additional two porcelain pavers and an extension kit.
Mixy 40 planters offer the ability to install a bench seat between two adjacent planters. The steel framed bench uses two 24″ x 24″ porcelain pavers for the seat surface and the frame is bolted to the steel sides of the planters.
Railings which span two adjacent planters are available in either powder coated aluminum or stainless steel. Typically the railings are 36″ high and are bolted to the side panels of the planters. Stainless steel railings offer the option of vertical cable infill, vertical bars or horizontal bars.
